JetSet Watersports

1. Introduction

Welcome to JetSet Watersports. By renting a jet ski, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Eligibility

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid driver’s license are required.

  • Renters must be physically fit and capable of operating a jet ski safely.

3. Rental Agreement

  • All rentals are subject to availability.

  • Rental times and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Jet skis must be returned on time to avoid late fees.

  • Safety briefings are mandatory before the rental.

4. Use of Equipment

  • Jet skis are to be used in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.

  • Operators must wear the provided personal flotation device (PFD) at all times.

  • No alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances are permitted before or during the operation of the jet ski.

  • Jet skis must not be operated in restricted or unsafe areas.

  • Only the number of riders recommended by JetSet Watersports is allowed on each jet ski.

5. Safety and Liability

  • Operators accept full responsibility for following safety instructions and operating the jet ski safely.

  • JetSet Watersports is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during the rental period unless caused by our gross negligence.

  • Renters are responsible for any damage to the jet ski or marina property caused during the rental.

  • A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection upon return of the equipment.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before rental time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or early returns do not qualify for a refund.

7. Weather Policy

  • Rentals may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.

  • JetSet Watersports reserves the right to refuse service if weather conditions are deemed dangerous.

8. General Conditions

  • JetSet Watersports reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

  • By renting from JetSet Watersports, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions listed here.

9. Governing Law

This agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
